After talking with him about my arrows he helped me decide to go to a stiffer spine and a little longer arrow. He built me an arrow that very well tuned and shoots darts. When I received my arrows from him, all my tuning problems disappeared. If you ever receive an arrow from him that won't tune rest assured it isn't the arrow unless it is improperly spined for your bow. I went to order my arrows, but didn't know what all of the questions were asking. So, I sent an email to Jerry, and had a full and in detail email sent back to me the next day, answering ALL of my questions. He didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need, he just gave me the facts. I ordered them that night. A few days later he CALLS me, to tell me they might be a few days later, because of a supplier mistake. Now THAT is some good service. He didnt have my fiance's arrows in stock so he called around until he found them. Once he found them he had them to us in 3-4 days. This turned out to be the most memorable box of arrows I have ever ordered. This is why . . . . . . . . I came home from work and the box was on the front step. So I proceeded to carefully open one end of the box and insert a small box wrapped in newspaper. When my girlfriend (now fiance) came over that night I told her that her arrows had come. She opened the box to find her brand new arrows, fobs, wraps, and something else wrapped in news paper. When she unwrapped the newspaper I was on one knee and she realized that it was a ring box.
