OUR PROCESS:

1. We first spline test each shaft to identify the heavy side. The process is completed on a analog spine tester to simplify this process. Once compete we spine test each shaft on a digital spine tester to determine the actual spine, then the shafts are sorted by spine.

2. Next the shafts are weighed and sorted again by weight.

3. One end of the shaft is cut and squared with a Lumenok F.A.S.T.  ASD. The shafts are cut to length and the point end is squared.

4. The nocks & inserts are weighed, sorted and installed in the shafts and the nocks are indexed to the heavy side of each shaft.

5.   After the Inserts are installed they are machined square to better align the points.

6. The vanes of your choice are weighed and sorted then the shafts are fletched on one Bitzenberger fletching jig.

SPECIFICATIONS: PLEASE NOTE THE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED HERE ARE THE RAW SHAFTS AT DELIVERY TO OUR SHOP. OUR PROCESS GREATLY IMPROVES ON THESE NUMBERS AND BRINGS THEM MUCH CLOSER TOGETHER IN THE FINAL PRODUCT.

DISCLAIMER:
The straightness, weight and spine published for our arrow shafts fall within the guidelines used throughout the archery industry for shaft straightness and spine tolerances. The specifications listed here are provided by our arrow shaft manufacture and should be used when determining which spine would best suit your setup.
We use mechanical and electronic test equipment to determine the spine and weight of each arrow shaft and sort or match them as closely as possible to improve the consistency and shoot ability of any given group of shafts. This process does not change the spine of our shafts. However the testing allows us to reduce the overall variance within of a group of shafts. You wont find a better matched set of arrows, we guarantee it.
SAFETY WARNING:
All arrow shafts should be inspected each time they are used. Damage can occur when shafts enter target butts. Multi spot targets should be used to reduce the possibility of damaged arrows. Multiple arrows should never be shot at the same spot. Doing so risks damaging shafts increasing the risk of injury.
We are proud that our Arrows Are Made In America!
